School Board Meeting

The Board of Education of North Merrick Public Schools will hold its monthly Board meeting on May 12, 2020 at 8:00 PM. As authorized by Executive Order No. 202.1, signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo, the meeting will be held remotely by videoconference and the public will not be permitted to attend the meeting in-person.
The meeting will be called to order at 6:45 PM. At that time, it is anticipated that the Board will immediately act upon a motion to convene into Executive Session to discuss matters of personnel and to obtain legal advice from counsel (the executive session is closed to the public). The Board of Education will reconvene into public session at 8:00 PM.
